A Brockton Village front and back garden cleanup
Another small garden cleanup in the central Toronto neighbourhood of Little Portugal aka Brockton Village done over the past weekend.
Here are some before and after shots of the small front garden. The beds were full of overgrown ribbon grass, milkweed, and those weedy orange daylilies (Hemerocallis fulva).

In the backyard, the beds were infested with Lamb's Quarters (Chenopodium album), tree of heaven (Ailanthus) seedlings and wood sorrel (Oxalis acetosella).
