A fall garden cleanup in Riverdale: removing a thousand rose of sharon seedlings!
Robert and Caroline, homeowners of this Riverdale garden in Toronto, hired me to weed and prune the front and back yard garden beds as part of a fall garden clean-up.
After 6 hours, I weeded out 3 garden beds full of rose of sharon seedlings (it felt like a thousand, maybe close!) and grass, took down two large rose of sharon shrubs (the source of the seedlings), weeded the front path, mowed both lawn areas and raked up the clippings and leaves as part of the fall garden cleanup.
